These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile application Focusway (the "Application"), developed by jeongsic yoo (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Freemium service, with certain premium features available through paid subscriptions or a lifetime purchase.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read and understand these terms thoroughly before use.
1. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works of the Application or any part thereof, including the Service Provider's trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Extracting the Application's source code or translating it into other languages is also not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.
2. Service Provider's Rights
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application as useful and efficient as possible. Accordingly, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any transition to a paid service or new charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
3. Paid Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
3-1. Subscription Plans
The Application offers the following paid products:

3-2. Free Trial
- A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers of the Business Annual plan.
- If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be applied.
- At the end of the free trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
3-3. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, and the registered payment method will be charged.
- To prevent auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple App Store settings.
3-4. Refunds
- All payments and refunds are processed in accordance with Apple App Store policies.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple. The Service Provider cannot process refunds on behalf of Apple.
3-5. Price Changes
- The Service Provider may change subscription prices with prior notice.
- Price changes take effect from the next renewal period.
4. Personal Information and Device Security
The Application stores and processes personal information provided by the user to deliver its services. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and Application access.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may expose your device to malware, viruses, and other security threats, and may cause the Application to malfunction.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and conditions:
- RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
- AdMob — In-app advertising (applies to free users only)
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Sentry
6. Network Connectivity and Charges
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi access or insufficient data.
When using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier's data charges will apply. You are responsible for any data usage charges, including roaming fees.
If the bill payer for the device is not the user, consent from the bill payer is assumed.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure their device is charged sufficiently to use the Application.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to access the service due to a depleted battery.
- Some information within the Application is provided by third parties; the Service Provider does not guarantee its accuracy or currency.
Users understand and agree that the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on the Application's features or information.
8. Updates and Service Termination
The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time. Due to operating system updates or policy changes, the Application may no longer be compatible, and the Service Provider does not guarantee updates for every version.
Users are expected to accept all updates offered by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may discontinue or terminate the Application without prior notice.
Upon termination: (a) All rights and licenses granted to the user are revoked. (b) The user must immediately cease using the Application and delete it from their device if required. (c) If an active subscription exists, the user may continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may modify or update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
